Can I cancel my purchase? 

You have a 14-day right of cancellation in accordance with the rules of the Consumer Contracts Act. 

You have the right to withdraw from your agreement with Watch Media without giving reasons within 14 days. 

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which the agreement was concluded. 

For digital services, the right of cancellation expires if the services have been fully delivered before the expiry of the cancellation period and provided that you have consented to and acknowledged that Watch Media initiates delivery before the expiry of the cancellation period. 

You will be charged for access to digital services in the period up to your exercise of the right of cancellation, provided that you have expressly requested that Watch Media initiate delivery before the expiry of the cancellation period. 

To exercise the right of cancellation, you must notify us by email of your decision to cancel this agreement in an unequivocal statement. 

The cancellation period is met if you send your notification of exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired. 

If necessary, use the standard cancellation form. 

Consequences of cancellation 

If you exercise your right of cancellation in this agreement, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received notification of your decision to cancel this agreement, however, with deduction of payment for access to digital services in the period up to your exercise of the right of cancellation, cf. above. 

We will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any kind of fees as a result of the refund.
